By accessing any Rupomoyee Jewellers showroom, website, or digital property — and by making any purchase, custom order, or enrolling in any scheme — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and participants in any Rupomoyee service or scheme. Rupomoyee Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be displayed prominently at our showrooms and on our website. Continued engagement with our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Rupomoyee Jewellers offers Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery, Platinum Jewellery and Silver Jewellery. All items are priced on the prevailing live market rate of the metal on the date of purchase, plus applicable making and wastage charges and GST as per Government of India regulations.
Product images displayed in our showrooms, catalogues, or on our website are for representational purposes only. Actual product colour, finish, and dimensions may differ slightly due to photographic conditions, screen calibration, and the handcrafted nature of jewellery.
Making charges and wastage are levied in addition to the metal value and vary by design complexity, crafting technique, and product category.
Rupomoyee Jewellers accepts the following modes of payment, in compliance with Government of India regulations:
In the event of a failed UPI or card payment where the amount has been debited from the customer's account, jewellery will only be handed over once the funds reflect in our official bank account or the customer provides an alternative successful payment. Failed amounts are automatically reversed to the customer's account by their bank within 3–7 working days.
As per Government of India Income Tax rules and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Rupomoyee Jewellers is legally required to collect customer identity proofs based on transaction value:
Rupomoyee Jewellers Private Limited complies fully with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Income Tax Act. Non-compliance by the customer with these documentation requirements may result in the transaction being declined.
All gold jewellery sold by Rupomoyee Jewellers carries BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) Hallmark certification in full compliance with the Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery Rules and the HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) mandate of the Government of India.
Each piece carries a unique HUID number that can be verified on the BIS Care app or portal. This number guarantees the purity of the piece as stated on the hallmark stamp.
All diamond jewellery sold by Rupomoyee is accompanied by authenticity certificates from trusted gemological laboratories (such as IGI, GIA, or SGL), specifying colour, clarity, carat weight, and cut.
The following terms govern all exchange, resale and buyback transactions at Rupomoyee Jewellers. The original invoice is required in every case.
